Description
Claire Jacobson was born in New York City. Her academic training was cultivated at the Pratt Institute, where she received a BA in fine arts. She continued her studies at Hofstra University in New York, where she received her master’s degree in art studies. Throughout her life, Claire has taught, lectured, and exhibited her art around the world. She has won numerous awards for her paintings and sculptures. She was chosen as a featured artist at the Orlando Museum of Art and the Casements, Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens, the Rockefeller’s former home. Claire is no longer with us, but she lives on every piece she created and in every home, museum, or gallery that hosts them. She inspires artists and women alike every day, and through that, her spirit lives on.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to enjoy your new art, so if a piece doesn't quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order, and we'll issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging with the certification of authenticity. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs and brokerage fees charged upon return. At this time, there are no returns on special orders or artwork altered at the customer's request. Before returning the artwork, you must contact us by email to mail@israeliartmarket.com.- From the time you receive your original artwork from the shipper, you have seven days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition and packaging to receive a refund.
- We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you've purchased from the Israeli Art Market and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Seven days to contact us about your intent to return the work
- Three days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork

This Classic Gamla concrete small Mezuzah is an original and unique Judaica art item.
The Star of David, Magen David, on the mezuzah front, is a clear Jewish and Israeli symbol that reflects a rich tradition. The design, made of gold plated brass, reflects a modern and contemporary style that combines curved lines in a natural flow with a smooth, shiny finish creating a unique Star of David shape.
The base of the mezuzah is made of casting concrete from natural stone using unique hand-crafted processing techniques and natural pigments, making it a one-of-a-kind work of Art.
