“I have no other country.”
The beauty of nature here in Israel is within reach,
Around the corner, in the most visible place or in the least predictable place.
Just take a minute and look around you”.
In recent years, I have been focusing on photographing Israel’s landscapes, nature and animals.
During my work as an aerial photographer I saw many sites that made me curious to travel and wander about them.
I have visited places and sites that only when you enter, you can discover the true beauty of nature.
My work is characterized by two different approaches to photography, The first is a planned photograph in which I study and research on the subject, and only then, I leave for the field.
The second is a random photograph of a passing mirror. It can be any animal, changes in weather and lighting, etc. I often go out equipped with a camera and the fact that sometimes random photographs are what create interest and curiosity for the viewers.
Curiosity and the desire to discover a new and interesting places every time and document it.
Sometimes it is a place where many people walk through the day and everyone sees it but few people look at it.
Even when I go out for a planned photography I am always aware of the environment and what happens because there are always surprises.
My work is hardly digitally processed unless I presuppose that the printed image will have the character and appearance of digital art.
I photocopy myself on several types of media according to the subject matter and thus I succeed in infusing the appropriate atmosphere with the viewer.”
